Managers lead corporations, but leaders inspire the world. Organizations today recognize the value of strong leaders and are investing more resources into leadership development. As part of this initiative, The Chartered Institute of Marketing’s (CIM) latest research, looked at the career journeys of some of the leading CMOs from some well know International brands, including Aston Martin, Ogilvy & Mather and Graze and has invited Mr. Oliver Greening, the Associate Director of Business Development, CIM (UK), amongst others to come share the lessons learnt from these leaders from their motivations, pathways, progression from senior to board level.
